Will my existing Shopify articles be affected?

No. Omnicon only writes to blogs you've explicitly mapped to an Omnicon Channel, and only when you publish an article from inside the app. Existing articles in any blog are untouched.

What happens if I edit an article in Shopify after publish?

Drift detection notices the change via Shopify webhooks and flags the article in Omnicon. Before republishing, you'll see a side-by-side review of your Shopify edits vs. the Omnicon version, with options to keep either side or merge.

Do you collect data about my store's end customers?

We use OpenAI's GPT models via the OpenAI API, with prompts tuned for SEO-ready e-commerce blog content. Generated drafts are always reviewable in the editor before publish — AI output is a starting point, not the final word.
